SHIPPING TERMS
We strive to ship SAME DAY on orders placed before 3pm PST provided the items are in stock and there are no complications with payment verification.
- Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday, including air shipments. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as a shipping method for orders placed on Fridays!
Package Tracking Numbers / Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipment Notification via email that evening. This notice will include the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package and a link directing you to the carrier's website. Please allow up to one (1) business day for your tracking number to be uploaded into the carrier tracking system. You may also track your package by logging into our website - all information about your most recent order is available once you have logged in.
Nationwide Orders
Crazy Inkjets only ships to the US, its territories, and US military / diplomatic addresses. Standard Shipping is the only option for orders shipping to PO Boxes, US territories, and military addresses. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to these addresses
